Prices include lock, lights and breakdown help. Workshop customers ride free of charge during their repair, subject to availability. Deposit depends on bike type.
Ask
Send us bike type, dates and number of bikes via the request form. We confirm by email.
Pick up
Bring ID and the deposit, sign the contract, and we document the condition together with photos.
Ride
Lock, lights and tools are included. If something breaks, just call us, we'll help.
Return
Drop the bike off, a quick check, deposit back. Done.

For groups we put together bikes in the right sizes and can bring them to your meeting point on request. Send us the dates, number of bikes and a route idea, and we'll get back to you with an offer.

What do I need to rent a bike?
A valid ID and a deposit. You sign the rental agreement at handover, and we document the bike's condition together with photos.
Can I reserve a bike?
Yes, via the request form on this page. We'll confirm the reservation by email.
Is long-term rental available too?
Yes. Bikeomat GmbH offers long-term rental of various bike types from 12 to 48 months, including for businesses and with company branding.
What happens if there's damage?
Normal wear and tear is included in the price. Damage from accidents or improper use is billed according to our workshop price list. We document the condition together at return.
