What does it cost to install a Bikeomat?
With the rental model there are no upfront investment costs. You pay a predictable monthly fee that includes installation, stocking, maintenance and support. We put together the exact offer individually based on location and requirements.
How much effort is involved for me as the site host?
Practically none. You provide the space and the power connection. Our team takes care of stocking, maintenance, cleaning and restocking completely.
What power connection does the Bikeomat need?
An ordinary power connection is enough. We check the exact technical requirements together in a consultation and set everything up to suit your location.
Can I also buy a Bikeomat?
Yes. Alongside the rental model, we also sell the Bikeomat outright, including custom stocking, branding and optional service contracts. Particularly interesting for municipalities, specialist dealers and operators with several locations.
Is the purchase eligible for funding?
In many cases, yes. Service points for cycling are often eligible under mobility, tourism and climate protection funding programmes. We're happy to help you build the case.
How does the free air station work?
The air station is on the right side of the Bikeomat. A pressure of 3.5 bar is preset as an average value and suits all common bike types and valves. Just take the green filling nozzle off its holder, pick the matching valve side, and plug it on. Pumping starts automatically and stops at 3.5 bar. It's completely free to use.
How does the e-bike charging station work?
The charging station is also on the right side of the Bikeomat. Plug in your charger and top up your battery, whether just enough to get home or a full charge. It's free to use.
How much space does a Bikeomat need?
Less than 3 sqm of floor space and an ordinary power connection. Despite its small footprint, it holds up to 66 bike items, an air station, an e-bike charging station and a touchscreen with instructions and information.
