This service is designed to make your life easier: bring us your bike for repair whenever it suits you, completely independent of store opening hours.

Park and lock your bike outside the store.

Fill in the prepared envelope: name, contact, bike, job. Only signed orders are processed.

Put the key in the envelope or note the lock's code.

Drop the envelope in the secured mailbox. Our workshop team takes care of the job promptly and gets in touch with any questions.

Lock broken and all the shops closed? Changing a tyre on a Sunday but no tyre lever? No problem. Our bikeOmat service stations stock a wide range of bike parts and accessories at fair prices, around the clock. A free air station and an e-bike charging station are built in too.

- Loan bike service
- For the duration of the repair you get a loan bike, subject to availability, free of charge for workshop customers.
- Express service
- A small problem, loose cable, flat tyre, chain that's jumped off? Just drop by, the team will take care of it right away. For bigger jobs, a 24-hour express surcharge applies depending on capacity.
- Cleaning service
- Thorough bike cleaning that also covers the wear parts. Free with a service for bikeOmotion bikes.
- Damage assessment
- After an accident, insurers often require a cost estimate or an assessment of whether repair is still worthwhile. We put together the damage assessment with a cost plan.
