Express service
Just a small problem? Loose cable, flat tyre, chain that's jumped off? Bring your bike by, the team will take care of it right away and fix the problem.
Cleaning service
Regular cleaning extends your bike's lifespan and avoids unnecessary repairs. We offer a thorough bike clean where it's not just about looks, the wear parts get cleaned too.
Damage assessment
A bike accident, and the insurance needs to be involved. They usually require a cost estimate or an assessment of whether repair is still worthwhile. We put together the damage assessment with a cost plan.
Loan bike service
For the duration of the repair you get a loan bike, subject to availability, free of charge for workshop customers.
24-hour repair drop-off
Lock your bike outside the store, fill in the envelope, key inside, drop it in. Details further down.

Technology needs maintenance.
Regular inspections keep you safe and extend your bike's lifespan. That's why we recommend an inspection at least once a year. Every essential function is checked closely and restored. That's what's included in the seasonal service; the annual inspection also checks bearing play and cables, and comes with a maintenance report.

What happens at the counter.
Drop-off at the counter
We go over the bike together, note its condition and your wishes, and quote the price. For unclear cases there's a 25-euro safety check, fully credited if you go ahead with the job.
Work at listed prices
Every item has a fixed price according to our price list. We work to manufacturer specifications and torque values.
We ask before we surprise you
If we find something that isn't part of the job, we'll call or message you. We only continue after you've approved it.
Ready notice and report
You'll hear from us as soon as the bike is ready. Inspections come with a maintenance report.

Take the service bag from the box, fill in the job with the enclosed pen: name, contact, bike, what needs to be done.

Lock your bike outside the store, put the key in the bag or note the combination code.

Seal the bag well and drop it in from the top. Only signed orders are processed.

Frequently asked questions about the workshop.
Do I need an appointment for the workshop?
For service packages and bigger repairs, yes. Small jobs like a tube change or brake adjustment we handle as an express service on the spot whenever possible, if you just drop by. Outside opening hours you can leave your bike in the 24-hour drop-off box. For bikeOmotion bikes: maintenance without an appointment, with priority.
What does the workshop cost?
We work with fixed prices per job, not by time spent, plus materials. Our aim is to be the most affordable bike shop in Munich: if you can prove an identical service is cheaper elsewhere, we'll match the price. Bikes bought from us also get a house-customer rate with 10 percent off labour.
Do I get a loan bike while mine is in the workshop?
Yes, workshop customers get a free loan bike during the repair, subject to availability. Just mention it in your appointment request and we'll reserve one.
Do you also repair e-bikes from other brands?
Yes. Our seasonal service and annual inspection are both available as an e-bike version, including system diagnostics, fault memory read-out, software updates, and a motor and battery check.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes. For parts you supply yourself we charge a 25 percent surcharge on labour, and we can't offer any warranty on the part itself.
I had an accident and my insurance wants a repair estimate.
We put together a damage assessment with a cost breakdown, exactly as insurers require it, including as proof if a repair is no longer worthwhile. The written estimate costs 29 euros, credited against the job if you go ahead with the repair.
Workshop drop-off.
Up to 60 minutes before closing. For service packages please ask ahead of time, small jobs are welcome spontaneously. Outside these hours, use the 24-hour box.
