New name, same expertise. A Munich family business in bicycle retail, run by Bikeomat GmbH.
Our workshop names the price before it starts.
Every job has a fixed price, agreed upfront, plus materials. Our goal: to be the most affordable bike shop in Munich. Anyone who bought their bike from us also gets our house-customer rate, ten percent off labour.

Prices include VAT, excluding materials. First inspection after 300 km is free for bikes bought from us.
24-hour repair drop-off
Drop off your bike whenever suits you.
Outside opening hours, fill in the repair form at our box, put the key in the envelope and drop it in the secured letterbox. Leave the locked bike outside the store. We'll get in touch once we've looked it over.
Tube burst at 10pm? The bikeOmat outside our store has up to 66 items, tools, free air and e-bike charging, round the clock, even on Sundays.

Ask
Tell us what your bike needs. Online, by phone, WhatsApp, at the counter, or round the clock via the 24-hour box.
Check-in
We look over the bike together, note its condition and name the price before we start.
Approve
If anything extra comes up during the work, we ask you before we do it.
Pick up
We let you know as soon as the bike is ready, with a record of what was done.
Bike leasing? We work with all providers.
We're a partner of all the common leasing providers. Bring your employer's offer, and we take care of the bike, the paperwork and servicing for the whole term. Up to 40 percent cheaper than buying.

What is bikeOgroup?
bikeOgroup is the umbrella brand for five areas in Munich: bikeOstore, a bike shop with workshop in Giesing; bikeOmotion, our own manufactory for new bikes; bikeOmat, a 24/7 service point; bikeOrent for bike rental; and bikeOoldies for inspected used bikes. One location, one point of contact. Run by Bikeomat GmbH, a Munich family business in bike retail since 1987.
What's the story with Radlmeister?
After expanding into new business areas, Radlmeister became bikeOstore. The branch in Giesing, the team and the workshop are exactly the same, only the name is new.
Where can I find you?
Our store with workshop is at Ichostraße 7 in Munich-Giesing. Open Mon, Thu and Fri 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, Wed 9am to 1pm, Sat 10am to 2pm, closed Tuesdays. Address, directions and opening hours are on the branch page.
Do you buy used bikes?
Yes, through bikeOoldies. We assess your bike on the spot, make you an offer, and then recondition it in our workshop.
